WHM manufacture with modern CNC controlled machining centres according to state-of-the-art plastics technology.

Auxiliary tools are manufactured in the device engineering department which allow the most efficient and appropriate processing method.

It is not important for WHM whether a customer requires an individual part or large quantities of series articles to be machined.

Design data sent to WHM by e-mail, for example, is directly fed into the production process via CAD/CAM in the production planning department.

Of course WHM also manufacture according to customer samples, sketches and drawings. Consultation is available on request in the planning stage and provides support with regards to the selection of material and feasible tolerances.
A mature quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000ff ensures the observance of high quality standards.

The range of products in the area of plastics machining are used in general mechanical engineering as well as in the medical equipment, packaging and food sector and many other branches of industry.

For this we offer material types with the appropriate approvals for the respective area of application (e.g. FDA certificates).
